Usage
Foot bath:
Add 1 cup of flakes to approx. 3.8 liters of warm water. Soak feet and relax for 20–30 minutes, allowing the warm water and magnesium to work.
Full bath:
Add 4 cups of flakes to warm bathwater. Soak and relax for 20–30 minutes for an intensive regeneration experience. Rinse and gently towel dry afterwards.
